In any event that Trade with Others services change (at any given time) you still agree to abide by the guidelines.
Trade with Others has the right to deactivate or terminate your account for any reason at any given time.
Sellers are aware that they have 7 days from the date of purchase for the buyer to receive their item/product in the mail. Anything after this time frame the order may be cancelled and the buyer will receive a refund. Unless specified different from the buyer.
Sellers are aware that Trade with Others will post your payment to your acccount when it's released. Trade with Others does not hold a payment unless there is a dispute with the buyer. If for any reason Paypal puts a hold on a payment or a refund is made to the customer the seller will be notified. Sellers are aware that any refunds made to the customer will not be reimbursed by Trade with Others.
Buyers are aware that they have 3 days after receiving their product in the mail to release payment if they have no issues with the product they received. If there is an issue the buyer is required to contact the seller within 3 days and try and resolve the issue. If you don't hear from the seller within 24 hours of you contacting them or you and the seller doesn't come to an agreement, please contact the administrative within 3 days of speaking with the seller so that we can resolve any issues that you may have.
As a buyer if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item for a full refund(excluding service fee) to the seller within 5 days.
Trade with Others doesn't offer a refund. Your refund is issued from the seller.
Both buyers and sellers are advised to only give payment information when paying directly to the PayPal payment site. Do not give out financial information such as credit card, checking account, or Paypal receipt number to anyone on the website.
Traders are advised to meet in a safe and neutral location to exchange items. Trade with Others is not responsible for any outside activity between traders. Traders are also advised not to give out financial or personal information to each other.
Note to buyers: Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers error are subject to 15% fee being paid to the seller (as well as $0.75 service fee).
Please note the 15% fee may include, but not limit to the cost for restocking or freight charges.
